Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the website raw-ark.com, its shop, and the RAW - Trophy Hunt ARK: Survival Ascended community servers, operated by Michael Kapp, Switzerland (see the imprint). By using the servers or buying in the shop you accept these terms.

Everything sold in the shop is a time-limited digital service on a game server: it has no real-world value, you acquire no ownership, and it is not transferable outside the game — it cannot be redeemed, exchanged or paid out for money or anything of real-world value.

• Ranks (e.g. VIP) run for the duration stated on the product page, starting at delivery. The duration keeps running whether or not you play, and is independent of server wipes.
• Shop points are a balance tied to your game account (EOS ID). The balance itself survives server wipes. Points may be given to other players through the in-game shop system; such transfers are final, at your own risk, and mistaken transfers cannot be reversed by support.
• Anything obtained with points in-game (items, kits, dinos, structures) is regular in-game property: it can be lost through PvP and is deleted by the scheduled server wipe (section 3) — without compensation.

RAW - Trophy Hunt is a tournament: all servers are wiped roughly every 14 days and at season changes. A wipe deletes all in-game progress (characters, items, dinos, structures) for all players. Your shop-point balance and the remaining duration of an active rank are not affected by wipes.

• Payment is processed by PayPal. The contract is concluded when payment is captured.
• All prices are final consumer prices in EUR.
• Delivery is automatic: your purchase is applied the next time your linked game account is online on any RAW - Trophy Hunt server — usually within a minute. If a delivery does not arrive, contact us on Discord or by email and we will re-deliver or refund.
• Reward points granted on purchases are a free loyalty bonus, have no cash value, and can only be used as a discount at a future checkout on this site.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content and digital services this right expires when we begin performance — which happens immediately after payment. At checkout you must therefore expressly agree that we deliver immediately and confirm that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Your statutory rights for defective services remain unaffected.

Except where required by law, purchases are final. If we fail to deliver, we re-deliver or refund. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback instead of contacting us first may — where the dispute is unjustified — lead to exclusion from the servers and the shop.

Purchases require that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

• The server rules are part of these terms. Violations may lead to temporary or permanent bans. A banned account loses access to purchased benefits; except where mandatory law provides otherwise, no refund is owed for the unused remainder.
• We run a hobby community project and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the servers. Short outages, maintenance, game updates and season changes are part of normal operation.
• Should the project shut down permanently, we will announce it in advance on the website or Discord. Statutory rights regarding services already paid for but not yet rendered remain unaffected.

RAW - Trophy Hunt servers are unofficial community servers. We are not affiliated with Studio Wildcard or Snail Games; purchases here are not purchases of or within the game ARK: Survival Ascended itself. Your agreements with the game publisher, Steam, Discord and PayPal remain your own.

We may update these terms for the future; the version at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Swiss law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
