Privacy Policy

Responsible for data processing on raw-ark.com and the RAW - Trophy Hunt game servers: Michael Kapp, Molzgasse 10, 2502 Biel, Switzerland — info@raw-ark.com. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

• Gameplay data — when you play on our servers, the server records your EOS account ID, character and tribe name, session times, PvP kills/deaths and related statistics. This powers the public leaderboard and your personal stats page (legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the tournament; the leaderboard is the product).
• Discord sign-in — signing in on the website uses Discord OAuth. We store your Discord ID (and the link to your EOS ID if you link your survivor) plus a session cookie. We never see your Discord password.
• Shop orders — for each purchase we store the product, amount, PayPal order ID, the buyer email PayPal reports to us, the target EOS ID, your consent to immediate delivery, and delivery status. We need this to deliver, for support and refunds, and to document the purchase (legal basis: contract performance and legal obligations). Payment itself is processed by PayPal under PayPal's privacy policy; we never see your card or bank details.
• Tribe log webhooks — if you register a Discord webhook for your tribe log, we store that webhook URL and post your tribe's log lines to it until you remove it.
• Global chat — messages you type in the in-game GLOBAL chat may be mirrored to a public channel on our Discord server (and Discord messages in that channel are shown in-game). Tribe, alliance and local chat are never mirrored.

The site uses a single technically required session cookie for the Discord sign-in. We run no advertising, no tracking pixels and no analytics that profile you.

• Website and databases are hosted by Hostinger on servers in the EU.
• PayPal (payments), Discord (sign-in, community, chat mirror) and the game platform (EOS/Epic Online Services) process data under their own privacy policies.
• We do not sell personal data and share nothing beyond the above.

Gameplay statistics are kept for the life of the project (lifetime leaderboards); season data is deleted with each wipe. Order records are kept as long as commercial-record retention requires. Link and webhook data is deleted when you remove it or on request.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via info@raw-ark.com (deletion of gameplay data means removal of your entries from the leaderboards). EU residents additionally have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
